All Saints is an 11-16 Specialist College in the Humanities situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees, midway between Huddersfield and Brighouse on a pleasant site enjoying the exclusive use of its own extensive playing fields.
Our primary purpose is to provide high quality values led academic education and to develop the sporting, artistic, musical and social potential of all those who study here. New Technologies are used in classrooms across college to improve and extend the learning experience of students with Student Voice a strong feature in helping to determine the effectiveness of the provision.
Central to our Mission as a Faith college is to work hard to develop our partnership with our parishes, local, national and international communities, to outreach, learn from and support those in greatest need. Our committed and lively staff team regularly enrich student’s experiences with exchange visits, spiritual opportunities, collaborative music and arts activities and competitive sport.
The college enjoys a unique status in Huddersfield as a Faith Comprehensive that exists to serve the needs of those who seek a Catholic education in the areas around Huddersfield in Kirklees and Brighouse in Calderdale.
Approximately 50% of both teaching and support staff are baptised Catholics. The majority of students are baptised Catholics, with a small number of students of other faiths being admitted each year. The Standard Admission Number is 200. There were 830 students on roll in September 2008. Our GCSE results from summer 2008 were simply outstanding. All Saints students achieved 70% 5A*-C grades and 40% 5A*-C including English and Mathematics. They worked exceptionally hard to achieve these results and we are all very proud of them.
We are proud of our students, our staff and our college, and are confident All Saints provides a stimulating, creative, challenging and supportive environment for those who work and study here.
