Key Stage 3 People of God
In year seven pupils are making a very important transition from Primary education into Secondary education. The programme of study has been carefully organised to ensure pupils enjoy the transition and make good progress. Pupils will gain skills in self-reflection, Bible referencing and investigation.

What is the kingdom of God? (What does it mean to belong?)
What are the signs of Catholic identity?
What are the joys and challenges of living as People of God? (What are the joys and challenges of life?)
Pupils will gain skills in analysing, evaluation, application and critical thinking.
What does it mean to be a Covenant people? (Why do promises matter?)
How is Jesus the New Covenant? (Can one person change the world?)
How do we live as Covenant people? (Why do we celebrate?)
How do we live out reconciliation? (Are there limits to forgiveness? )
How do we meet the challenge to live justly? (How do we know what’s fair?)
